We work with a logistic company to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Paq Standard. For domestic shipments ( Spain, Andorra and mainland Portugal deliveries) Delivery time takes between 2-3 business days.
Paq Light Internacional For international shipments. Delivery time within 3-5 business days.
Free shipping for orders over 40 EUR within Spain and 60 EUR for international shipments.
PENÍNSULA: 2.5 EUR
BALEARES AND CANARY ISLANDS: 3.5 EUR
INTERNATIONAL: 6.9 EUR
Can I track my shipment?
We will email you as soon as your order has been issued with the link to track your shipment and all the details. You will also receive an SMS (if you have entered your phone number) and an email from our logistics company with the estimated date of delivery and tracking details.
How does the shipment work and what to do if I am not at home on the day of delivery?
Paq Standard: Two delivery attempts with signature. If delivery can't be made, it will be available for 15 days at the closest Post Office
Paq Light Internacional: Preferential home delivery without the need for a signature. If delivery can't be made, it will be available for 15 days at the closest Post Office
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your purchase within 15 natural days after delivery of your shipment. Purchases returned within this time frame will be refunded in full, in the original form of payment.
Remember the product should have to be intact and unopened.
We will usually refund your order within 3 days of receiving return goods in our warehouse but please note, that it might take longer for refund to appear in your account as transfers between payment systems might take a longer time.
The customer covers return shipping cost.
